Once your form is submitted, we will review your request, confirm availability and event timing, and send a confirmation email and text with an invoice payment link to finalize your booking.

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Your picnic is not officially reserved until payment is received in full. All payments are non-refundable, as they cover planning, preparation, and securing your event details.
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for standard picnics. For larger events or group gatherings, we recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance to allow for proper planning and accommodations.
